Sophie Matheson es una joven de 26 años que se hizo viral por su transformación física.

 

Con motivo de verse más delgada el día de su boda, se sometió a una dieta estricta y a una rutina de ejercicios para conseguirlo.

 

Su esfuerzo tuvo el resultado esperado, pues en tan solo cuatro meses logró bajar más de 30 kilos.

 

Feliz de lo que había conseguido, la joven publicó algunas fotografías en su perfil de Instagram, las cuales tienen impresionado a más de uno.

#transformationtuesday Ok so the picture on the left I’ve already lost around 3 stone so I weighed about 12 stone or just over. I chose a big dress to just blame the dress ‘oh I look big because the dress is big’ I chose it because it was the dress I hated least not because I loved it. I had already put off going dress shopping for months because I hated it. Then the picture on the right is me on my wedding day at 11 stone. My weight loss journey allowed me to choose a figure hugging dress and feel confident in it. Yes I still felt self-conscious at times with hundreds of photos being taken and everyone looking at me but hey that’s just me  This transformation picture for me doesn’t show the biggest weight difference or most inches lost but to me it shows what I’ve gained mentally.
